This handcrafted glass matcha bowl is part of our Mystic Black Series, featuring a mysterious and elegant glow created by gold powder fused onto the outer surface of the glass.

The black glass has a subtle brown undertone, creating a beautiful color-changing effect. In darker surroundings, it appears deep black, while in brighter light, warm brown tones become visible.

The gently undulating texture on the sides reflects light beautifully, creating a mysterious and elegant sparkle as the bowl moves.

This set can also be made in a variety of colors.

The bottom of each piece has a non-slip finish and is engraved with the artist's name, Masao Nakamura.

About Handmade Blown Glass

Each piece is individually handcrafted without the use of molds. Therefore, slight variations in size, shape, and color are natural characteristics of handmade glass.

During the production process, the glass is shaped using traditional tools while it is extremely hot. As a result, small tool marks, tiny air bubbles, small particles of iron contained in colored glass, or faint traces of soot may occasionally be present.

These are natural characteristics of handcrafted blown glass and are not considered defects.
